Selina’s cafe at Calmababy could be the perfect place if you are looking for a venue to host a baby shower or gender reveal.
Decorated in a chic style, our family-friendly venue comfortably seats 40 people on its leather sofas and individual wooden tables and benches. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed, and the food and handmade cakes are simply delicious! Our lovely cafe is the perfect sociable space to host a baby shower.
Every mother-to-be has her idea about how she wants to celebrate the impending arrival of her baby. While we have set prices for venue hire and food, we can accommodate a wide range of requests. Whether you are looking for an Afternoon Tea party served on our beautiful Pip Studios tea sets, a delicious buffet or a simple but elegant cream tea, we can cater for all your baby shower ideas. Bespoke packages are available.
Prices and Venue Hire

- Exclusive hire of Selina’s Cafe: £35 per hour for a minimum of 10 adults for 2 hours, plus £25 per person for Afternoon Tea.
- Buffet prices start from £15 per adult (minimum 15 adults for exclusive hire bookings).
- Selina’s Cafe is available 4-7 pm on weekday evenings, 4-8 pm on Saturdays and 1-4 pm on Sundays.
Selina’s kitchen will freshly prepare your food, and our cakes are handmade daily on-site using quality ingredients. Our customers have also said our Afternoon Tea is the best for miles around! We have a variety of gluten and dairy-free cakes and can cater to most dietary needs.
